Savannah for the Younger Set

"Snowing in Savannah" [3:23]

"There isn't any question but that, being in Savannah, being a loafer here, seeing red rivers and red lands, starts something down inside me singing again."
Sherwood Anderson, 1930.

On Sunday, March 1, 2009, I was delightfully "stranded" an extra day in Savannah, GA due to the East Coast blizzard.  If only that blizzard could've lasted a few more years . . .

Your's truly @ the Warehouse Bar on River St., the night
of my "extra" day in Savannah.  Camera phone photo by
the beautiful Melissa.

I love the minimalist effect, and the wind chimes and gentle narration are a sublime caress!
